This adapter allows you to run both your stock oil cooler AND an external cooler or remote filter. Perfect for Off road applications where cooling is very hard to come by. Fits type 1 with minimal trimming to sheet metal. Will not fit with Dof House cooler. Must use stock OEM VW early oil cooler!
